Release Forms
In order to try a class at Iron Fist Martial Arts, all participants must provide signed released forms. We have release forms in our office, but you can find them below to print for your convenience.
If you're bringing a friend to try in class, and their parent or guardian won't be there, no problem! Print out and bring in the appropriate release form signed by the parent.
